One hour on a call about the thing you're stuck on. You send me the context first and I prepare before we talk, so the hour goes to the problem, not the background.

For when one call isn't enough. I stay involved as an advisor and pick up work as it comes, without a retainer. Architecture, shipping with AI tools, or how to run the engineering team.
